All attendees will be assigned to small coaching groups led by a LadyCoder Mentor, a senior woman technologist with 15+ years of experience in the industry. We’ve carefully selected Mentors at the top of their game who are willing to share their advice to help you reach your own goals and potential. You’ll spend more than 2 hours of career guidance and coaching along with your Senior Mentor peers.
